Stefanie Drobig leads the Grants Financial Management team at adelphi. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring liquidity as well as the diligent and timely accounting of a wide range of grant projects within the adelphi group.
Additionally, she oversees internal financial management and project-related support, with a particular focus on national and EU grant projects. With a qualification as an Administrative Specialist in the field of Federal Administration (IHK) and many years of experience in the commercial management and accounting of both national and international grant projects, she possesses extensive expertise in this area.
