Sarah Velten

Sarah Velten works as Manager at adelphi in the areas of biodiversity and nature conservation. Her focus is on ways to move agriculture in Europe towards sustainability. She is particularly interested how farmers and other stakeholders can work together to promote biodiversity in agricultural landscapes – with a stress on approaches that truly benefit both ecosystems and farmers.

“It is my ambition to work at the interface between research and practice to facilitate a genuine dialogue and more mutual understanding between research and agriculture in practice. At adelphi, I can do just that and contribute to more sustainability in agriculture.”
