The report presents the innovative participation and communication formats developed and tested for and with citizens who are currently opposed to or sceptical about ambitious environmental and climate policy. It is based on six social figures who are sceptical about environmental policy and/or participation. The results of the project evaluation are presented and critically reflected upon from a scientific perspective. The report concludes with operational and strategic recommendations for the Ministry of the Environment and its associated agencies with regard to participation and broadening societal dialogue on socio-ecological transformation. The report addresses actors from administration and politics as well as civil society.
