adelphi was contracted by the UN Environment Program and the International Institute for Sustainable Development to develop an analytical framework for issues of environment, conflict and cooperation (ECCAF). The aim is to develop a simple-to-use instrument, which could inform UN post-conflict needs assessments on environmental issues.
